Key Responsibilities
- Transform guest rooms and bathrooms into pristine, welcoming spaces that reflect high Hilton standards through cleaning, dusting, polishing, and vacuuming.
- Master the art of bed-making and meticulously refresh linens to provide a delightful respite for our guests.
- Ensure all guest essentials, from soap to shampoo, are well-stocked, anticipating the needs of our guests and enhancing their experience.
- Maintain organization of linen closets and carts, preparing diligently for the next day, making every shift smoother than the last.
- Offer a friendly smile and a warm Nashville greeting to all, making each guest’s stay memorable.
Who You Are
To thrive in this role, you’ll need basic English communication skills and a passion for service. This dynamic position involves continuous movement, including bending, lifting (up to 25-30 pounds regularly and 50 pounds occasionally), and walking for the duration of your shift.
