About the Queen Mary

Docked at the Port of Long Beach, the Queen Mary dazzles with Art Deco style, ocean views, and Hollywood history! Step aboard this legendary liner with 314 staterooms, nine royal suites, and a past packed with famous faces. Explore unique event spaces, dine at top-notch restaurants, and shop 'til you drop. Whether you’re a history buff, thrill-seeker chasing ghost stories, or here for lively festivals and concerts, the Queen Mary promises adventure for every guest!

KEY SKILLS/RESPONSIBILITIES

• Guest Experience Champions: Welcome every guest and coworker with enthusiasm, ensuring everyone feels valued and appreciated.
• Look the Part, Play the Part: Maintain excellent attendance, grooming, and uniform standards to represent the team professionally.
• Queen Mary Knowledge Specialist & Tour Script Presenter: Share up-to-date insights about the Queen Mary and confidently present engaging tour scripts to guests.
• Attraction Operations Expert & Crew Collaborator: Open and close attraction areas, provide accurate information, assist teammates, and respond to guest inquiries with clarity and warmth.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• High school diploma or equivalent; basic computer skills
• Previous experience as a tour guide or attractions host with a passion for the Queen Mary’s history
• Strong ability to learn and retain historical and technical information
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• Ability to stand, walk, and work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
