Front Desk Agent | Morning Shift (7AM to 3PM)

66 Rooms 🛏️ | Lounge🍸 | Restaurant 🍽️ | Event Spaces 🎉

The Landmark Inn is looking for a Front Desk Agent who brings great energy, stays organized, and knows how to create standout guest experiences. As the first and last impression of our hotel, you set the tone, making every stay feel easy, welcoming, and memorable.

What you’ll do:

  • Own the guest experience from check in to check out
  • Book reservations and keep things running smoothly behind the scenes
  • Be the go to for local recommendations and hotel knowledge
  • Handle payments and problem solve in real time
  • Turn everyday interactions into great guest moments

WHO YOU ARE

  • Professional and polished in how you present yourself and interact with guests
  • A morning person who is ready to go at 7AM
  • Organized, dependable, and always a step ahead
  • Quick thinking and solution oriented
  • Naturally friendly. You like people, and it shows
  • Calm under pressure and confident handling whatever comes your way

MUST HAVE SKILLS

  • Comfortable and confident using computers and hotel systems
  • Able to type, navigate software, and manage digital reservations without supervision
  • Strong attention to detail and follow through
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
