As a Banquet Supervisor, you’re the mastermind orchestrating every aspect of the event magic! KEY SKILLS/RESPONSIBILITIES

• Event Ambassador: Greet every guest and teammate with a genuine smile and a helpful, service-focused attitude—your warmth sets the perfect tone for every celebration!
• Attendance All-Star: Shine bright by consistently showing up ready to impress—your reliability keeps our ever-changing event schedule on track and upholds Aimbridge Hospitality’s gold standards every time.
• Style Icon: Wear your uniform and name tag with pride, showcasing the impeccable appearance and grooming that make our brand stand out and leave guests wowed at every turn.
• Safety & Standards Champion: Always follow Aimbridge Hospitality’s guidelines and regulations to ensure every function is smooth, safe, and efficient for both guests and staff.
• Set-Up Superstar: Oversee and assist with the setup and breakdown of banquet functions, inspect event spaces against the Banquet Event Order, and keep everything organized—ensuring every detail sparkles from start to finish!

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• Minimum one year of progressive hotel or related experience required, with a high school diploma or equivalent; college coursework and prior supervisory experience are helpful.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly convey information, listen actively, and address concerns from both guests and team members.
• Proficient in essential computer programs, including company-approved spreadsheets and word processing applications.
• Demonstrated ability to handle high-pressure situations, solve problems efficiently, and maintain professionalism and composure.
• Capable of working with financial data, performing basic arithmetic, and assimilating complex information to meet operational needs.
