The opportunity
Delaware North Gaming is seeking a dynamic Director of Finance to lead financial planning and operational performance at the Daytona Beach Racing & Card Club in Daytona Beach, Florida. This position will also manage Orange City Gaming in Orange City. In this role, you will drive revenue optimization, oversee financial reporting, and support key operational initiatives while ensuring strong financial controls and strategic decision‑making. Pay
Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $104,100 – $140,500 / year
In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting, that we would be willing to pay for this position. Only in special circumstances, where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements for the position, would we consider paying higher than the stated range. What will you do?
- Develop, analyze, and interpret financial information to appraise operating results
- Direct financial profit and loss and cash flow statement reporting based on past, present, and future operations
- Oversee the execution of financial-related projects and system implementation
- Review audit findings and assist in the development of action plans and the enforcement of solutions
- Direct the cage department operational needs, control requirements, procedural efficiencies, and resolution of guest complaints
- Ability to travel to the Orange City Poker Room in Orange City, Florida as needed
More about you
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business administration, or related field
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in finance and accounting, with a minimum of 5 years in a financial management role as controller or director
- Experience with compliance reporting
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, and the ability to learn internal financial software required
- Ability to obtain and retain a Florida Gaming Commission license
