The Spa Director leads the spa in delivering exceptional relaxation and wellness, ensuring guests, team members, and owners experience satisfaction and high-quality services. This role balances daily operations with strategic planning, fosters a tranquil atmosphere, and collaborates closely with Finance, Sales & Marketing, and the General Manager to achieve financial and marketing goals. Every decision is guided by care and positivity to create memorable spa experiences.

• Guest Serenity: Deliver warmth and cheerful service to every guest, ensuring their privacy and comfort are always protected. Friendly, efficient, and attentive vibes make all the difference in their experience.
• Team Harmony: Cultivate a supportive atmosphere—be attentive, helpful, and kind to everyone on the team. Collaborate, communicate, and bring positive energy to every interaction with guests, managers, and associates.
• Tranquil Operations: Master our policies, keep daily routines flowing, and handle special projects with a calm mind. Stay safe and uphold the hotel’s commitment to excellence, all while practicing the best work habits.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; 3–5 years relevant experience
• Strong communication and decision-making skills
• Ability to remain composed and objective under pressure
