Opportunity Overview

Join our esteemed team at Hampton Inn & Suites Nashville Downtown, where you’ll engage in sales and customer service activities related to guest registrations, reservations, and revenue collections. This role ensures guests enjoy a safe, secure, and welcoming experience with exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage front desk operations including check-ins, check-outs, and reservations.
  • Maintain a positive and upbeat demeanor while providing detailed information about the hotel, facilities, and local attractions.
  • Understand and apply property security, key control, and fire safety procedures.
  • Efficiently complete all necessary paperwork for front desk operations.
  • Execute tasks as directed by the Guest Service Manager or General Manager.

Skills and Attributes

  • Superb verbal, comprehension, listening, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Adaptability and a proactive approach.
  • Strong report and accounting skills.
  • Excellent guest relations expertise.

Educational Background

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Physical Requirements

This position involves regular sitting, standing, bending, walking, and using hands or fingers to handle objects and tools. The ability to lift boxes up to 15 pounds is required. Visual acuity for computer work is essential.
