Your Role

You’ll uphold our high standards of excellence and deliver top-notch service, ensuring every guest leaves with a smile. From setting up elegant banquet functions to serving delectable dishes and ensuring everything is spotless for the next event, your role is crucial in making each occasion special.

What We Expect

  1. Professional and courteous guest service is a must.
  2. Efficient time management and independent work skills.
  3. Strong organizational skills to multitask in a lively environment.
  4. Clear communication and keen attention to detail.
  5. Outgoing and friendly interaction with guests.
  6. Basic tech and math skills.
  7. Prior banquet or serving experience is a plus.
  8. Ability to serve alcohol requires minimum age of 18.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Provide professional, courteous assistance to all guests.
  2. Set up and reset banquet rooms according to specifications.
  3. Deliver food and beverages efficiently and as ordered.
  4. Keep the banquet area clean and well-organized before and after events.
  5. Adhere to all beverage service policies and procedures.
  6. Stay informed and prepared by participating in necessary meetings and communications.
  7. Maintain a safe and secure environment for all.
  8. Address any significant issues with management promptly.
