What You’ll Do
- Keep guest rooms and public areas in top working condition
- Troubleshoot and repair issues efficiently and safely
- Respond quickly and professionally to guest requests
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe mechanical spaces
- Assist with general property and grounds upkeep
- Keep accurate and organized maintenance records
- Hands-on problem solver with a strong work ethic
- Knowledge of basic maintenance skills (electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
- Able to lift 40+ lbs
- Hotel experience is a plus—but not required!
