Position Summary
Work closely with the Director of Sales and Marketing to create sales promotions, organize pro-active sales efforts and monitor incoming guest inquires. Successfully manages and supports a high volume of events and sleeping room blocks, on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. Work directly with guests to coordinate all aspects of their hotel visit, while generating group sleeping room resumes and banquet event orders. Consistently collaborates with sales and operations teams to successfully produce stellar guest experiences and perfectly executed meetings and events that ‘wow’ our clients.
