Lead Line Cook

We are seeking a strong, experienced Lead Line Cook to join our culinary team at a premier luxury hotel in Palm Beach. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated culinary professional who is ready to take on a leadership role and grow within a high-end hospitality environment.

The ideal candidate is hands-on, dependable, and passionate about delivering exceptional food quality while supporting the Executive Chef in building and leading a high-performing kitchen team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise line cooks during daily service, ensuring efficiency, consistency, and quality

• Assist the Executive Chef with kitchen operations, team development, and training

• Maintain high standards of food preparation, presentation, and cleanliness

• Ensure all dishes are prepared according to recipes and brand standards

• Support inventory control, ordering, and proper storage of food items

• Enforce sanitation, safety, and health regulations at all times

• Step into a leadership role during shifts, ensuring smooth service execution

• Collaborate with the culinary team on menu execution and special events

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of kitchen experience, preferably in a hotel or upscale restaurant

• Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred

• Banquet experience is a strong plus

• Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, kitchen operations, and food safety standards

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

• Excellent communication and team leadership skills

• Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
