Room Attendant / Laundry Attendant

Job Summary:
Courtyard by Marriott Farmington is seeking dependable and detail-oriented individuals to join our Housekeeping team. We are hiring for both Room Attendant and Laundry Attendant positions. Candidates should be motivated, team-oriented, and committed to delivering excellent guest service and cleanliness standards.

Room Attendant Responsibilities:

• Clean and service guest rooms according to Marriott brand standards
• Change linens, make beds, and replenish amenities
• Vacuum, dust, sanitize, and ensure rooms are guest-ready
• Report maintenance or safety issues promptly
• Maintain cleanliness of housekeeping carts and storage areas

Laundry Attendant Responsibilities:

• Operate commercial washers, dryers, and folding equipment
• Sort, wash, dry, fold, and organize hotel linens and uniforms
• Maintain accurate linen inventory and rotation
• Ensure laundry area remains clean and organized
• Support housekeeping team with linen supply needs

Requirements:

• Prior housekeeping or laundry experience preferred but not required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness standards
• Ability to stand, bend, push, pull, and lift throughout shift
• Reliable attendance and positive team attitude
