We’re looking for an energetic, guest‑focused Food & Beverage Supervisor who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and takes pride in creating smooth, memorable experiences. In this role, you’ll help lead daily operations, support a talented team, and ensure McDade’s continues to deliver the high standards our resort is known for.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and inspire a team of associates, offering coaching, motivation, and hands‑on support to keep service upbeat and efficient.
  • Develop talent by assisting with training programs that strengthen product knowledge, service skills, and teamwork.
  • Oversee key operations, including scheduling, payroll coordination, and interviewing new team members.
  • Collaborate closely with culinary and front‑of‑house teams to ensure seamless service, especially during peak morning and resort‑activity rushes.
  • Uphold exceptional standards of food and beverage quality, presentation, and guest engagement.
  • Drive performance by supporting McDade’s overall success — from product consistency to service excellence and guest satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a supervisory role within the food and beverage industry is preferred.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Fundamental knowledge of food and beverage operations.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
