As the Business Transformation Specialist, you help Grand Casinos strengthen how teams plan, communicate, resolve issues, and execute strategic priorities. This role leads the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) rhythm across gaming operations and supports leaders in building accountability, alignment, and momentum across both properties.
You are part facilitator, part project partner, part strategic coach. You guide teams through goal setting, progress tracking, issue resolution, and business planning so priorities do not just get discussed - they get done.
Your work helps leaders stay focused, teams stay connected, and the organization stay agile as business needs evolve.
What You'll Do
EOS Leadership + Meeting Rhythm
- Implement and support the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) across gaming operations and casino business functions.
- Lead regular EOS meetings that create clarity, accountability, collaboration, and follow-through.
- Coordinate quarterly and annual planning meetings, including logistics, preparation, and materials, and create a calendar in advance for all departments and follow-up.
- Guide leaders through SMART goal-setting sessions and help align objectives within the EOS framework.
Strategic Planning + Accountability
- Track progress on strategic initiatives, goals, and key priorities to ensure commitments move forward.
- Maintain documentation related to EOS functions, strategic priorities, progress updates, and action items.
- Help teams identify, prioritize, and resolve issues that may impact execution or alignment.
- Partner with leaders to set new goals and objectives that support continuous improvement and organizational growth.
Leadership Partnership + Change Support
- Work closely with senior leadership to influence outcomes, support change, and strengthen business performance.
- Motivate teams to embrace action plans, new strategies, and disciplined follow-through.
- Facilitate dynamic group coaching sessions that encourage insight sharing, challenge solving, and professional growth.
- Create space for honest discussion, shared ownership, and practical next steps.
Cross-Functional Collaboration + Business Integration
- Collaborate with internal departments such as Marketing, Finance, Talent, and Operations to connect strategic work across business functions.
- Create collaboration between EOS implementation and department-level planning, reporting, and execution.
- Support seamless communication between leaders, teams, and business units.
- Encourage strong collaboration and teamwork that reinforces accountability and goal achievement.
Business Strategy + Continuous Improvement
- Develop and support business strategies that improve profitability, strengthen operations, and align with EOS principles.
- Partner with leaders to research business and market trends that may influence strategy or execution.
- Help teams adjust strategies based on business conditions, marketplace changes, assessment results, and feedback.
- Take proactive steps to identify resource needs that support strategic priorities and organizational goals.

What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years in a similar role with proven experience implementing strategic frameworks.
- Must be willing to become certified in EOS within 3-6 months.
- Proven project management skills, including the ability to plan, execute, monitor, and support projects from start to finish.
- Proven ability to partner with senior leadership to influence outcomes, motivate change, and support growth.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to track progress, manage details, and ensure timely follow-through.
- Strong facilitation skills with the ability to lead meetings, group coaching sessions, and collaborative discussions.
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across departments and business units.
- Ability to identify strategic goals aligned with company vision and develop actionable plans that support achievement.
- Dedication to continuous improvement, adaptability, and helping teams evolve based on assessment and feedback.
- Must be able to secure a license from the Gaming Regulatory Authority (GRA).
- Responsible for following all relevant Detailed Gaming Regulations (DGRs).
- Mille Lacs Band Member and American Indian preference will be exercised in the hiring process.
Work Requirements and Environment
This role operates primarily in an office and meeting-based environment with frequent collaboration across departments, leadership groups, and both casino properties. Work includes facilitation, documentation, project coordination, planning sessions, and regular use of technology, reports, and communication tools. The role requires the ability to manage confidential information, balance multiple priorities, and maintain professionalism in fast-paced or changing business conditions.
