What You’ll Do

• Safely whisk guests to and from the bustling Pittsburgh International Airport and other local gems

• Handle guest luggage with care, ready to lift and assist with up to 50+ pounds

• Ensure the shuttle remains a clean, welcoming haven of rest and relaxation

• Engage with guests, offering first-class service with a smile, and ensuring their transportation is as comfortable and pleasant as their stay

• Be vigilant and proactive about vehicle maintenance and safety

• Embody the spirit of hospitality by supporting our front desk and operations teams to elevate the guest experience

Who You Are

• A possessor of a clean driving record and a valid driver’s license

• Known for reliability, punctuality, and the ability to work independently

• A communicator par excellence, fluent in the language of outstanding customer service

• A professional in appearance, with a courteous demeanor, always ready to assist and engage

• Capable of handling physical tasks, including lifting and assisting with guest luggage

• Experienced in hospitality or shuttle operations (preferred, but not essential)
