Your Role

As our Assistant General Manager, you’ll play a crucial role in the daily operations of our hotels. Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the General Manager in managing and scheduling across key departments such as Front Desk, Housekeeping, and Maintenance
• Leading initiatives to control costs and boost hotel profitability
• Recruiting, training, and inspiring your team to deliver first-class customer service
• Ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies
• Forecasting, budgeting, and contributing to financial reports
• Emphasizing safety procedures for the protection of all staff and guests
• Traveling between locations as needed to ensure operational consistency

Ideal candidates will demonstrate a keen understanding of business operations with a background in profit and loss, budgeting, sales, and rate/yield management.
