Your Responsibilities
- Create comprehensive training materials in line with brand standards.
- Conduct interviews, onboard new team members, and deliver ongoing training.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including invoice processing and audit preparation.
- Adapt to various shifts and maintain flexibility to meet business demands.
Your Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years in the hotel industry and 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Strong preference for candidates with brand experience and reservation system proficiency.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to confidentiality and guest privacy.
- Exceptional communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
