What You’ll Be Doing:
- Welcome guests like they matter—because they do
- Check in/check out guests efficiently, accurately, and warmly
- Manage reservations, cancellations, and room assignments
- Answer calls and respond to guest questions and requests
- Handle guest concerns with confidence and a problem-solving mindset
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Work closely with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure rooms are ready
- Keep the front desk clean, organized, and inviting
- Sell items from our treat shop (snacks, drinks, etc.) and assist guests with purchases
- Stock, organize, and keep the treat shop looking fresh and fully supplied
What You’ll Be Doing:

What We’re Looking For:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Background in Hotel, food & beverage, retail, or Administrative preferred but not required
- Organized and Detail Oriented
- People person energy with a great smile!
- Reliable and on-time
- Basic computer skills (if you can learn apps, you can learn our system)
- Available for weekends & holidays (a hotel has beds, but never sleeps😄)
