Your Role
As our General Manager, you’ll play a crucial role in the daily operations of our hotels. Your responsibilities will include:
o Managing and scheduling across key departments such as Front Desk, Housekeeping, and Maintenance
o Leading initiatives to control costs and boost hotel profitability
o Recruiting, training, and inspiring your team to deliver first-class customer service
o Ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies
o Forecasting, budgeting, and contributing to financial reports
o Emphasizing safety procedures for the protection of all staff and guests
o Working to the demands of the inn to ensure operational excellence.
Who We Are Looking For
Ideal candidates will demonstrate a keen understanding of business operations with a background in profit and loss, budgeting, sales, and rate/yield management. A proactive, independent approach to business challenges, coupled with a passion for hospitality, will make you a perfect fit for our team.
