The opportunity

Delaware North Sportservice is searching for a seasonal part-time Suites Administrative Assistant to join our Suites team at EverBank Stadium in Jacksonville, Florida. As a Suites Administrative Assistant, you will ensure the department is organized and prepared for event and game days.

$18.00 – $19.00 / hour

What will you do?

  • Assist with sales, departmental, and financial reports
  • Assist with routine MICROS programming, database maintenance, ordering processing, and end-of-month reports
  • File correspondence, reports, and departmental records in appropriate files
  • Prepare and distribute game day information
  • Serve on the game day leadership team
  • Perform other duties as assigned

More about you

  • Basic math skills required for ordering and processing invoices
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills required
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • No experience or diploma required
