Description

As an active business partner to our General Manager, you will participate in the hotel management executive committee.

As a Concord Leader you will be responsible to:

Position responsibilities include:

  • Develop and execute annual HR objectives and contribute to budget planning for staffing, productivity, benefits, and labor costs.
  • Partner with hotel leadership to foster a positive, compliant work environment aligned with company culture and HR practices.
  • Lead associate relations efforts, addressing concerns, guiding corrective action, and driving engagement and retention strategies.
  • Direct recruitment and hiring strategies for all exempt and non-exempt roles to attract and retain top talent.
  • Oversee training and development programs, including leadership development and required compliance training.
  • Direct performance management processes and maintain accurate HR systems and records in compliance with all regulations.
  • Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local employment laws while managing employee relations matters and investigations.
  • Drive HR operations excellence through market analysis, safety initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ year progressive Human Resources experience, preferable in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge of employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management, compensation, benefits and employment law
  • Experience leading associate engagement, recognition, culture and training programs

Pay Range: $79,405.90 - $99,257
