Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain the breakfast buffet according to brand standards.

• Prepare and replenish food and beverage items throughout breakfast service.

• Ensure the breakfast area remains clean, organized, and well-stocked.

• Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional customer service.

• Monitor food quality, freshness, and presentation.

• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.

• Assist with cleaning duties, including tables, counters, equipment, and kitchen areas.

• Report inventory needs and maintenance concerns to management.

Qualifications

• Previous food service, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred but not required.

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.

• Ability to work early morning shifts, including weekends and holidays.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds.
