This position offers a unique opportunity for you to showcase your talents and grow in your career.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage guest check-ins/check-outs and reservations
  • Answer incoming telephones in a prompt manner
  • Handle guest requests and issues with exceptional customer service
  • Assist with rate management, inventory, and OTA systems
  • Support hotel marketing and revenue strategies
  • Ensure smooth front desk and administrative operations
  • Assist the General Manager with any other duties that may arise

Key Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Strong professional English communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Bachelor’s degree 
  • A minimum of 2 years of hospitality front desk agent experience
