Full-Time Admin Assistant for Food & Beverage Team - Grand Hyatt | $22/hr + Free Parking

The Food & Beverage Administrative Assistant assists in the organization and clerical duties by functioning as the central contact for information specific to this department.

HOW YOU’LL SHAPE THE EXPERIENCE & FUTURE

  • Professionally answer and direct telephone calls, greet clients, and respond to inbound phone, email, and written inquiries within established response timelines.
  • Maintain an organized, professional office environment and an accurate, confidential, and user-friendly filing system.
  • Create, prepare, and distribute reports, presentations, correspondence, and proposals for departmental needs.
  • Conduct property tours and educate current and prospective customers on property features, products, and services.
  • Build and maintain positive working relationships across all hotel departments to ensure efficient communication and service delivery.
  • Collaborate with Food & Beverage, Front Office, Housekeeping, and Culinary teams to create and deliver guest amenities and gifts.
  • Provide administrative support to Food & Beverage members and assist with departmental operations as needed.
  • Ensure all guest, client, and internal communications are handled professionally, accurately, and in a timely manner.
  • Other duties as assigned.

ACADEMIC BACKGROUND

  • HS Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of Administrative Assistance or similar experience
  • Computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets, and brand property Management System(s).
  • Exercise excellent communication and listening skills.
