Key Responsibilities
- Manage and elevate the Front Office operations to secure efficient and superior guest services, and drive us towards achieving our financial goals.
- Monitor daily financials to optimize profitability and reduce losses, maintaining a keen eye on both expenses and revenue.
- Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing team, fostering an environment that attracts top talent, encourages growth, and celebrates success.
- Be the Manager on Duty, stepping in with a cool head and warm smile to ensure everything runs like clockwork.
What You Bring to the Table
To excel in this role, you’ll need a four-year college degree or equivalent experience, backed by two to three years in a similar position within the hospitality industry. Your leadership skills should be as strong as your budget management abilities. Fluency in English (with a second language as a plus), proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to handle transactions are all essential.
