We are looking for an experienced, professional esthetician who enjoys creating a relaxing, personalized experience for guests and has a genuine passion for the beauty and wellness industry.

What We’re Looking For

  • Active New Mexico Esthetician License, active insurance and CPR certified

  • 2+ years of professional esthetics experience preferred

  • Passion for skincare, beauty, wellness, and guest service

  • Professional, reliable, and personable

  • Comfortable working independently while also being a supportive team member

  • Strong communication and customer service skills

  • Ability to provide a high-quality, relaxing experience for hotel and spa guests

  • Willingness to perform the spa's current menu of facial and skincare services

What We Offer

  • Independent Contractor position

  • 40% commission on services

  • 50% commission for estheticians who provide their own professional equipment

LV’s younger brother, Frank, later partnered with him in the hospitality industry. Les V. Bentley II is the eldest son of Frank Bentley. Les continued working in the hospitality industry with Marriott Hotels, then Wyndham Hotels and eventually founded Aimbridge Hospitality. Les has four daughters who had established independent careers and have now converged at BLH continuing the family tradition leading in hospitality.
