Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and personable Part-Time Restaurant Bartender to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will craft and serve a variety of beverages, provide outstanding customer service, and contribute to a lively, engaging environment. Your enthusiasm and expertise will help ensure our guests have an unforgettable experience while supporting the smooth operation of the bar area.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages including cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits, adhering to recipes and presentation standards

Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to create a welcoming atmosphere

Manage bar operations efficiently using POS systems for processing transactions accurately

Serve lounge tables as needed

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards

Develop new beverage recipes and suggest drink pairings to enhance guest satisfaction

Handle cash transactions accurately, process payments, and balance registers at shift end

Monitor inventory levels and communicate needs for restocking supplies or beverages

Requirements

Proven experience in bartending, mixology, or food service within a restaurant or hospitality setting

Strong knowledge of beverage recipes, spirits, wine, craft beer, and cocktail techniques

Familiarity with POS systems

Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively

Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently through effective time management skills

Knowledge of food safety standards and proper handling procedures

Basic math skills for cash handling and retail math proficiency

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
