Support hotel operations by assisting with guest room cleanliness and readiness while completing age-appropriate, non-hazardous tasks that positively impact the Guest experience. Every role plays a part in creating memorable Guest experiences. Through small moments, meaningful interactions, and pride in our work, we bring our values to life—one Guest at a time.

What You’ll Own

Room Readiness Support

• Assist team members with preparing Guest rooms by organizing items and ensuring spaces feel clean, comfortable, and welcoming

Cleaning + Organization Support

• Help with age-appropriate tasks such as tidying, dusting accessible surfaces, and organizing room areas under supervision
• Help maintain cleanliness in assigned non-hazardous public or back-of-house areas

Linen + Supply Support

• Assist with stocking carts, organizing linens, and replenishing approved room supplies

Guest Experience Impact

• Take pride in details that create a positive first impression for every Guest
• Understand how clean, well-prepared rooms contribute to a great Guest experience

Safety + Teamwork

• Follow direction to complete tasks safely in accordance with youth labor laws and restrictions
• Work as part of a team to support smooth housekeeping operations

What You Bring

• Must be 15–17 years of age at program start
• Interest in hospitality or housekeeping operations
• Ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines
• Dependable and flexible to meet business needs
• Must be able to secure and maintain a license from Gaming Regulatory Authority (GRA)
• Responsible for following all relevant Detailed Gaming Regulations (DGR’s)
• Mille Lacs Band Member and American Indian preference will be exercised in the hiring process

This role operates within hotel and housekeeping environments with regular movement throughout guest room and support areas. Work includes light, supervised tasks such as organizing supplies, assisting with room readiness, and supporting team workflows. All tasks are structured, non-hazardous, and compliant with youth labor guidelines.
