COME GROW WITH RETRO HOSPITALITY We are recruiting for a Corporate Director of Sales to work with and over see sales production of our managed hotel properties. This is a newly created position to assist in our growth as a management company!

Compensation: $85,000.00 plus bonus, Full-Time



The Corporate Sales Director will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales initiatives to drive revenue and meet organizational objectives across multiple properties including group, catering, business transient, and leisure markets. This individual is responsible for creating and implementing company-wide sales plans and overseeing and participating in the budgetingprocess of property revenues and sales expenses.


  • College degree preferred.

  • Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in hospitality/hotel sales required. Resumes will not be considered without hotel sales experience.

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.

  • Excellent analytical skills.

  • Computer, social media, and web literate.

  • Extensive supervisory and hotel sales personnel management experience.

  • Aggressive, outgoing and self-motivating individual.


  • Direct all facets of group, events and catering, business transient, and leisure efforts to meet or exceed budgeted revenue.Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with the overall corporate objectives.

  • Identify market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to stay ahead of industry changes.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, corporate accounts, and industry partners.

  • Secure new business opportunitiesand markets to drive revenue growth while leading proactivesales initiatives to include weeklysales calls, attendance at tradeshows, conducting quarterly sales blitzes,and developing familiarization trips. 

  • Develop accurate monthly reports detailing sales performance, market share, and key performance indicators in a timely fashion.

  • Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing sales team across various properties as well as maintain a network of “task force” and potential qualified sales recruits to fill vacant positions as they arise.


  • Providesales coachingand mentorship to maximize individual and team success.

  • Establish team and individual booking and consumption goals for sales teams.

  • Establish standard operating procedures and best practicesacross all properties,

  • Ability to serve as a temporarysales director or manager, as needed, when a key vacancy occurs at the property level.

  • Capacity to manage various projects and work to tight deadlines.

  • Set up and establishsales office and systems for Retro Hospitality’s newest properties.

  • Cultivating lasting relationships with customers to grow customer Retro loyalty.

  • Help to establish Retro’s portfolio-wide loyalty programs. 

  • Perform other related duties as requested by CEO and COO.
