Summary

Shifts usually start at 6:30am until 11am. Serving hotel guests at the Bistro by making food and drinks. This includes all aspects of food preparation, service and cleanup,   stocking, wiping down tables, engaging in a meaningful way with guests, cleanup and preparation for the next day. Ultimately, you will ensure a pleasant and comfortable experience for our guests during their stay with us.

Essential Functions

• Serve guests food and drinks at the hotels restaurant 
• Practice standards of cleanliness and food handling
• Properly use all chemicals and equipment per manufacturer’s guidelines
• Set up and maintain all food and beverage items during any hours of food service, meeting room, and/or special Guest functions ensuring proper amounts and temperature
• Strictly adhere to Company policies and procedures with regard to serving alcoholic beverages, wine and beer
• Upon completion of food service, clean up the area in accordance with standards and procedures
• Carry out any reasonable request by Management

Education, Experience, Other Requirements

Required

• Flexibility to work in shifts and report for scheduled shifts
• Ability to work with little or no supervision while meeting high-performance standards
• Excellent organization skills
• Ability to follow instructions
• Weekend availability 

Preferred

• Food and Beverage experience 
• Work experience in Customer Service in the Hospitality Field
• Experience with hotel operation systems
