Compensation: $85,000-$100,000, Full-Time

The ideal applicant must possess at least a bachelor’s degree in accounting and a minimum of two years of timeshare accounting experience.

The Assistant Chief Financial Officer will be responsible for:

  • Cash flow monitoring.
  • Balance sheet reconciliation and general ledger review.
  • Bank statement reconciliation and review.
  • Review of payrolls; commission & bonus calculations.
  • Audit and monitor internal controls.
  • Bad debt review.
  • Monthly financials preparation.
  • Year-end audit work.
  • AP review.
  • Monitoring compliance requirements for Loans.
  • Master control log monitoring and review.
  • Other assigned duties.
