Restaurant Server – Cap Rock Cabana | Horseshoe Bay Resort

Location: Horseshoe Bay, TX (Cap Rock Golf Complex & Pool)

Pay: $6.50/hour + tips

Schedule: Full-Time, On-Site

Position Overview

Cap Rock Cabana at Horseshoe Bay Resort is seeking professional Restaurant Servers to deliver high-quality service to Members and guests. This role requires attention to detail, strong hospitality skills, and the ability to perform in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide prompt, courteous, and professional service to all guests
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of food, wine, and cocktail menus
  • Accurately take and deliver orders in a timely manner
  • Prepare and maintain service stations and dining areas
  • Communicate clearly with kitchen staff regarding orders and special requests
  • Assist with table maintenance, bussing, and equipment care
  • Follow Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) and complete shift reports as required

Qualifications

  • Experience in à la carte or fine dining preferred (resort experience a plus)
  • Strong communication and guest service skills
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
  • Professional appearance and adherence to uniform standards
  • Flexible availability based on business needs

Requirements:

  • Must be 18+ (alcohol service)
  • TABC and Food Handler certifications required (ServSafe preferred)
