Position Summary
Horseshoe Bay Resort is seeking a Receiving Clerk to join our Purchasing Team. This position is responsible for receiving, inspecting, storing, and distributing merchandise and supplies throughout the resort. The Receiving Clerk ensures all deliveries are accurately documented, verifies incoming shipments against purchase orders and invoices, and supports the efficient flow of goods to departments across the property.

Experience working in a hotel, resort, food service, retail, or other high-volume environment where teamwork, multitasking, and customer service are critical. Candidates should be comfortable supporting multiple departments, meeting deadlines, and maintaining quality and service standards in a fast-paced operational setting.

Experience supporting inventory control, purchasing, or logistics functions through the tracking of inventory levels, processing purchase orders and invoices, maintaining documentation, and coordinating the movement of products and supplies. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential in maintaining accurate inventory and receiving records.
Experience receiving, inspecting, storing, and distributing goods in a warehouse, storeroom, distribution center, or receiving environment. Candidates should be familiar with verifying shipments, maintaining accurate records, handling inventory, and ensuring merchandise is properly stored and delivered to the appropriate locations.
