As a Front Desk / Guest Service Agent, you are one of the first and most important faces our guests meet. You’ll create a welcoming experience from check-in to check-out while anticipating guest needs, answering questions, and helping make every stay memorable.

We’re looking for someone who is friendly, outgoing, energetic, and genuinely enjoys taking care of people. Hotel experience is a plus, but we’re willing to train the right person with great customer-service skills and a desire to grow.

• Welcome, check in, and check out guests with a warm and professional attitude
• Manage reservations, payments, room assignments, and guest information
• Answer questions and provide recommendations about the hotel and local area
• Respond to guest requests and resolve concerns with care and professionalism
• Communicate with Housekeeping, Maintenance, and other departments to ensure a seamless stay
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk
• Create memorable guest experiences through genuine, personalized service
• Work as a TEAM to deliver exceptional hospitality

• Friendly, confident, and outgoing personality
• Strong communication and listening skills
• Excellent customer-service and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Positive, dependable, and professional attitude
• Comfortable learning new technology and hotel systems
• Previous hotel, hospitality, retail, restaurant, or customer-service experience preferred
• Spanish or additional language skills are highly desired
• Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Hotel experience is not required — we’ll train the right person who brings the right attitude!
