As an Evening Cook, you’ll play an important role in preparing and executing our menu while helping create an exceptional dining experience for every guest. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing restaurant team where quality, creativity, and teamwork are at the heart of what we do.

You’ll work alongside our culinary TEAM to prepare high-quality food, maintain a clean and organized kitchen, and ensure every dish meets our standards.

Full-time positions are benefits eligible, including paid time off, travel discounts, medical coverage, and additional insurance options.

TEAM members are eligible for special travel discounts at participating hotel locations, with select Food & Beverage discounts also available.

• Previous experience in a Hilton or luxury hotel environment is preferred, but we are willing to train the right food-service professional
• Strong culinary skills and a genuine passion for food
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
• Culinary education or formal training is a plus, but not required
• Food Safety Certified
• Comfortable working evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to lift and carry 50+ pounds when needed
• Banquet or large-group catering experience is a plus
• Willingness to assist with cleaning duties, including dishes, equipment, stations, sweeping, and mopping

$20.00 per hour
