We’re looking for a Front Desk Agent to join our growing TEAM!

As a Front Desk Agent, you’ll be one of the first and most important points of contact for our guests. Your warm welcome, genuine smile, attentive service, and ability to make people feel at home will help set the tone for an exceptional stay.

Schedule:

  • Schedule may vary based on business needs
  • Morning Shift: 7:00 AM–3:00 PM
  • Evening Shift: 3:00 PM–11:00 PM
  • Availability for weekends and holidays is required

Responsibilities

As a Front Desk Agent, you’ll help create a welcoming and seamless experience for our guests from arrival through departure.

Responsibilities include:

  • Welcome guests with a warm, friendly, and professional attitude
  • Complete guest check-in and check-out efficiently and accurately
  • Assign rooms, distribute keys, and manage guest information
  • Respond to guest questions, requests, and concerns with exceptional service
  • Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
  • Process payments and maintain accurate guest accounts
  • Handle phone calls and other guest communications professionally
  • Maintain accurate records and follow established hotel procedures
  • Communicate effectively with other departments to help ensure guest needs are met
  • Resolve guest concerns with a positive, solution-oriented approach
  • Help create memorable experiences that encourage guests to return
  • Maintain a professional, welcoming, and TEAM-oriented front desk environment
Requirements to Be Successful in This Role
  • Previous front desk experience in a branded or luxury hotel environment is preferred, but we are willing to train the right customer service professional
  • A genuine passion for hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences
  • Strong communication, listening, and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent English communication skills, including reading, writing, and speaking
  • Additional languages are a plus; Spanish language skills are highly desired
  • Strong computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Experience with hotel systems such as OnQ, Opera, Fosse, Lightspeed, HotSOS, GXP, BOB, Kipsu, or Slack is a plus
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and remain composed in a fast-paced environment
  • High energy, a positive attitude, and the ability to build genuine connections with guests and TEAM members
  • Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • Ability to understand and communicate professional or technical information, both written and verbal
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. when needed

Compensation

$19.00 per hour
