As a Lead Culinary Cook, you will play an important role in preparing and executing menu offerings while supporting the kitchen TEAM and maintaining high standards for food quality, presentation, safety, and sanitation. You will help guide daily kitchen operations and ensure food is prepared consistently and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute menu items according to recipes, quality standards, and presentation specifications
• Help lead and support the kitchen TEAM during daily service
• Ensure food is prepared accurately, efficiently, and in a timely manner
• Monitor food quality, portion sizes, and presentation
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
• Maintain a clean, organized, and properly stocked workstation
• Assist with kitchen opening, closing, cleaning, and organization
• Help train and support other culinary TEAM members as needed
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and food production standards

Requirements

• Previous culinary or line cook experience preferred; luxury hotel experience is a plus
• Strong culinary skills with a passion for food and hospitality
• Leadership skills and ability to support and motivate a kitchen TEAM
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to culinary excellence
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
• Culinary degree or formal training is a plus, but not required
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
