Responsibilities

As a Dinner Cook, you will help prepare and deliver delicious, high-quality meals while maintaining the standards and consistency our guests expect.

Responsibilities include:

• Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and culinary standards
• Ensure food is prepared with consistency, quality, and attention to presentation
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation throughout the shift
• Properly handle, store, label, and rotate food products
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations
• Work efficiently during busy dinner service and maintain composure in a fast-paced kitchen
• Communicate effectively with the culinary TEAM to ensure smooth and timely service
• Assist with food preparation, kitchen setup, and closing duties as needed
• Monitor food quality and freshness throughout the shift
• Support a positive, professional, and TEAM-oriented kitchen environment

Requirements to Be Successful in This Role

• Previous experience as a cook in a hotel, restaurant, or food service environment is preferred
• Experience with a Hilton brand or luxury hotel setting is a plus
• We are willing to train motivated food service professionals who are eager to learn and grow
• Strong culinary skills and a genuine passion for food
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to culinary excellence
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure kitchen environment
• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and proper food-handling practices
• Ability to work independently while also being a strong TEAM player
• Reliable and dependable, with the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Culinary degree or formal training is a plus, but not required
