About the Role

We are looking for friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented Housekeepers / Room Attendants to join our TEAM!

As a Room Attendant, you play an important role in creating a welcoming and memorable experience for our guests. Your attention to detail, positive attitude, genuine smile, and commitment to cleanliness help ensure every guest walks into a room that feels fresh, comfortable, and cared for.

What You'll Do

• Clean and prepare guest rooms and bathrooms according to hotel standards
• Make beds and change linens, towels, and other room supplies
• Dust, polish, vacuum, mop, and sanitize guest rooms and common areas as assigned
• Thoroughly clean and sanitize showers, bathtubs, toilets, sinks, countertops, and other surfaces
• Restock guest room amenities and housekeeping supplies
• Inspect rooms for cleanliness, maintenance concerns, damages, and missing items
• Report maintenance issues, safety concerns, lost-and-found items, and property damage promptly
• Operate housekeeping equipment safely and properly
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked housekeeping cart and work area
• Follow hotel standards, safety procedures, and sanitation guidelines
• Work collaboratively with the housekeeping team and other hotel departments to provide an exceptional guest experience
• Assist with other housekeeping duties as needed

What We're Looking For

• Previous hotel housekeeping, room attendant, or cleaning experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person
• A positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently while also being a TEAM player
• Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent guest service and communication skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to frequently bend, stoop, kneel, reach, push, pull, and lift while performing job duties, with or without reasonable accommodation
• Ability to safely operate or learn to operate housekeeping equipment
• English communication skills sufficient to communicate with guests and coworkers and to read and follow workplace instructions
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus
