About the Role

As a Pool Services Attendant, you will play an important role in creating a clean, welcoming, and enjoyable pool experience for our guests.

You will help maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the pool area, ensure towels and water are readily available, and provide friendly, attentive service to our guests. Your positive attitude, genuine smile, and willingness to help will help make every pool experience memorable.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and overall appearance of the pool and surrounding areas
• Greet guests with a friendly and welcoming attitude
• Provide attentive and professional service to guests using the pool area
• Distribute clean towels and ensure towels are consistently stocked and available
• Maintain an adequate supply of drinking water for guests
• Monitor the pool area and promptly address cleanliness and guest service needs
• Keep pool furniture and surrounding areas clean and organized
• Remove trash and maintain clean, guest-ready surroundings
• Report maintenance concerns, safety hazards, or other issues to the appropriate supervisor
• Follow all hotel pool, safety, sanitation, and guest service standards
• Assist guests with questions and requests in a helpful and professional manner
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management

What We're Looking For

• Previous hotel, pool, recreation, or guest service experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right person
• Friendly, outgoing, and guest-focused personality
• Reliable, dependable, and self-motivated
• Strong attention to cleanliness and detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a TEAM
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and varying shifts
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull as required, with or without reasonable accommodation
• Strong English communication skills
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
