Delaware North is hiring a full-time Compensation Analyst to join our team at our global headquarters in Buffalo, New York. Pay

Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $66,500 – $89,900 / year

In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. What will you do?

  • Conduct market pricing analyses and evaluate compensation trends, survey data, and competitive pay practices to support hourly compensation recommendations 
  • Develop, maintain, and administer hourly salary structures, pay ranges, job classifications, and grade assignments 
  • Partner with HR Managers and business leaders to provide guidance on job pricing, pay placement, compensation policies, and market competitiveness 
  • Maintain compensation data, job architecture, and pay structures within Workday and related systems to ensure accuracy and consistency 
  • Support compensation reviews related to reorganizations, acquisitions, minimum wage changes, and market adjustments 
  • Ensure compliance with wage and hour regulations, pay transparency requirements, and other applicable compensation standards 
  • Prepare compensation reports, analyses, and dashboards, respond to stakeholder inquiries, and identify opportunities to improve processes, data integrity, and operational efficiency 

More about you

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, human resources, or a related field required; an MBA is preferred 
  • Certified Compensation Professional or SPHR designation is preferred 
  • Minimum of 3 years of compensation, HR analytics, Total Rewards, or related experience required 
  • Experience conducting market pricing and compensation analysis required 
  • Experience supporting salary structures, pay grades, or compensation administration programs and working in a multi-state environment preferred 
  • Union experience a plus
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups, formulas, and data analysis 
  • Experience using compensation survey platforms and market data sources 
  • Experience with Workday or a similar HRIS preferred
