As a Front Desk Supervisor, you are the primary point of contact for our guests, offering them a warm, professional, and personalized welcome. You ensure the smooth coordination of front desk operations, supervise a dynamic team, and collaborate with other departments to guarantee a remarkable guest experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Recruit, train, and supervise front desk staff, and manage work schedules.
- Provide courteous, efficient, and attentive customer service at all times.
- Master the procedures, policies, and tasks related to the front desk and ensure their implementation with the team.
- Maintain fluid and effective communication with other hotel departments.
- Perform guest account and package reconciliations according to the establishment's standards, avoiding any loss of revenue.
- Ensure strict compliance with hotel chain standards.
- Manage guest complaints proactively and professionally to ensure their satisfaction.
- Perform any other related tasks requested by management to support front desk operations.

REQUIREMENTS
- Relevant experience in a similar position, ideally in the hotel industry
- Supervision and team management skills

- Proficiency with hotel management tools (PMS, reservation software, etc.)
