Compensation: Starting at $18.00 per hour,

Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy helping others? Join The Abbey Resort as a Security Officer and play a key role in creating a safe, secure, and welcoming experience for our guests, owners, and team members on the beautiful shores of Geneva Lake. As a Security Officer, you'll combine safety, guest service, and problem-solving to help ensure our resort operates smoothly around the clock.

Job Type: Full Time, Part Time, - Hourly

Rate of Pay: $18-22

What You'll Do

  • Patrol resort grounds and facilities to maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and associates.
  • Respond to security concerns, emergencies, guest requests, and safety incidents with professionalism and urgency.
  • Monitor surveillance systems, investigate unusual activity, and document incidents accurately.
  • Assist guests and departments throughout the resort while delivering exceptional hospitality and service.

What You Bring

  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in emergency or high-pressure situations.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to meet driving authorization requirements
  • Prior security, military, law enforcement, hospitality, CPR, or first aid experience is a plus.
