House Attendant at The Abbey Resort
Compensation: $15.00 to $16.00 per hour,

The Abbey Resort, located on the beautiful shores of Geneva Lake, is seeking a dependable and energetic House Attendant to help create an exceptional guest experience. As a House Attendant, you'll play an important role in supporting our housekeeping team by maintaining clean, organized, and welcoming guest and public spaces throughout the resort.


Job Type: Hourly

Rate of Pay: $15-$16

What You'll Do

  • Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of public areas, including lobbies, hallways, elevators, and restrooms.
  • Support housekeeping operations by assisting with guest room cleaning, room turnovers, and special requests.
  • Restock linens, towels, toiletries, and other supplies to ensure guest rooms and service areas remain fully stocked.
  • Transport and distribute linens, cleaning products, and housekeeping supplies throughout the property.
  • Organize and maintain housekeeping storage areas to promote efficiency and cleanliness.
  • Use a mobile device to monitor and complete daily work orders and assigned tasks.
  • Identify and report maintenance concerns, safety hazards, or guest-related issues to the appropriate departments

What You Bring

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Previous housekeeping, janitorial, or hotel experience preferred.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and remain active for extended periods of time.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with HotSOS or similar hotel operations software is a plus.
