What You’ll Be Doing

• Posting missing charges, taking payment from virtual cards, manifesting reservations and conducting a parking report
• Welcome late-night arrivals and early risers with warmth, professionalism, and that signature Beverly Hills flair
• Solve guest requests with grace, turning potential hiccups into five-star moments
• Keep meticulous records and reports that make management (and auditors) smile
• Handle our multi-line phones like a pro, connecting guests and teams with ease
• Safeguard the property overnight, ensuring every guest sleeps soundly
• Assisting guest with luggage when needed
• Juggle administrative details—data entry, filing, and updates—with sharp attention to detail
• Partner with housekeeping and maintenance to make sure every sunrise welcomes guests to a flawless room

What You Bring

• Experience in hotel night audit roles, front desk, hospitality management
• A guest-first mindset with the polish and poise Beverly Hills is known for
• Bilingual or multilingual skills—a true asset in our global, glamorous clientele
• Comfort working independently through the quiet hours, with sharp focus and steady hands
• Stellar phone etiquette and multitasking finesse
• Monitor cameras, communicate with security for any suspicious transients  
• A professional presence that represents our brand beautifully, day or night
