Position Summary

We are seeking a refined and experienced Bartender and Server who will combine expert mixology with exceptional table service. In this dual role, you will craft exquisite cocktails and beverages while providing attentive, personalized service to our discerning guests. You are the face of our luxury dining and bar experience, embodying sophistication and delivering seamless, memorable moments.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, mix, and serve a diverse range of classic and contemporary cocktails with precision and flair
• Deliver exceptional table service with attentiveness, warmth, and professionalism
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of food and beverage menus, wine pairings, and specialty drinks to recommend thoughtfully
• Engage guests proactively, anticipating and exceeding their needs to enhance their experience
• Ensure cleanliness, organization, and proper stocking of bar and service areas
• Follow all local and state regulations related to alcohol service and food safety standards
• Collaborate closely with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth order flow and guest satisfaction
• Handle guest inquiries and special requests tactfully and efficiently
• Maintain composure and high service standards during busy periods
• Participate in ongoing training and development to keep skills and knowledge current

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years combined bartending and serving experience in luxury or upscale hospitality environments
• Expert knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, and beverage trends
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a polished and professional demeanor
• Ability to multitask and deliver high-quality service in fast-paced settings
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to excellence
• Must be legally authorized to serve alcohol in Florida and comply with licensing requirements
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weight as required
