Position Summary

We are seeking a proactive and guest-focused Beach and Pool Attendant to deliver outstanding service in our outdoor beachfront and pool areas. This role involves serving food and beverage items directly to guests, maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of the beach and pool amenities, and ensuring all areas are perfectly prepared to welcome new guests. The position requires working outdoors in varying weather conditions and involves frequent walking between the beach, pool, bar, and kitchen.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide prompt and courteous food and beverage service to guests at the beach and pool areas
• Maintain and arrange beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, and other amenities to ensure a pristine and inviting environment
• Regularly check and tidy the beach and pool spaces to uphold Tideline’s high standards of cleanliness and presentation
• Assist guests with any needs or inquiries in a friendly and professional manner
• Walk frequently between service points including the kitchen, bar, pool, and beach areas
• Work outdoors for extended periods and adapt to weather conditions while maintaining service excellence
• Collaborate closely with Food & Beverage and Guest Services teams to coordinate seamless service
• Follow all safety and sanitation protocols at all times
• Demonstrate flexibility and reliability with scheduling, including mornings, midshifts, evenings, weekdays, weekends, and holidays

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a hospitality role preferred, especially in pool, beach, or outdoor service environments
• Strong guest service orientation with a friendly, approachable demeanor
• Ability to work on your feet for extended periods and walk significant distances repeatedly throughout the shift
• Comfortable working outdoors in sun, heat, or occasional rain
• Open and flexible availability including weekends, holidays, and varied shifts
• Ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation
• Team player with excellent communication skills
