Director of Housekeeping

What You’ll Be Owning:

• Leading, training, and motivating a high-performing housekeeping team in a fast-paced lifestyle hotel

• Setting and maintaining brand standards for cleanliness, presentation, and guest experience

• Managing schedules, labor, supplies, and budgets like a pro

• Partnering closely with Front Office, Engineering, and Ops to keep the hotel running flawlessly

• Ensuring compliance with all safety, sanitation, and brand standards

• Creating a culture where the team feels supported, proud, and energized

What You Bring:

• Proven housekeeping leadership experience in a hotel environment (Director or strong Assistant Director level)

• Strong operational and financial acumen—labor control matters here

• A hands-on leadership style (you’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves)

• The ability to lead with accountability, humor, and heart

• Experience with Marriott systems is a plus
