Accounting / Human Resources Manager

At Moxy, the vibe is fun—but the numbers, people, and compliance are serious business. We’re looking for an Accounting & HR Manager who can keep the back office running smoothly while supporting a fast-paced, people-driven hotel.

This role is perfect for someone who’s organized, detail-obsessed, people-savvy, and comfortable wearing multiple hats in a lifestyle hotel environment.

What You’ll Be Owning:

Accounting & Finance

• Overseeing daily accounting functions including AP, AR, payroll, and general ledger

• Preparing financial reports, reconciliations, and month-end close

• Managing cash controls, audits, and brand compliance

• Partnering with hotel leadership and corporate teams on budgeting and forecasting

• Ensuring adherence to internal controls and accounting standards

Human Resources

• Managing onboarding, employee files, and HR administration

• Supporting recruitment, training coordination, and employee relations

• Assisting leaders with performance management and corrective action

• Ensuring compliance with labor laws, company policies, and brand standards

• Serving as a trusted resource for team members and managers

What You Bring:

• Hotel accounting and/or HR experience (both strongly preferred)

• Solid understanding of payroll, labor laws, and hotel financials

• High attention to detail with strong organizational skills

• Discretion, professionalism, and a people-first mindset

• Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, multi-task environment

• Experience with Marriott systems is a plus

Salary Range: $90,000 - $105,000
