Position Overview
We are seeking a service-driven and energetic Assistant Director of Front Office to support and lead our front office operations. This role partners closely with the Director of Front Office to oversee daily operations, elevate guest satisfaction, and develop a high-performing team aligned with the Moxy brand experience.
This is an ideal opportunity for a strong Front Office Manager ready to take the next step in a lifestyle hotel environment.
Key Responsibilities
Support oversight of Front Desk, Guest Services, Night Audit, and Lobby Experience
Ensure exceptional guest service standards and drive positive online reputation scores
Lead hiring, training, scheduling, and development of front office associates
Monitor payroll productivity and manage labor expenses
Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and urgency
Maintain brand standards and ensure compliance with Marriott operational audits
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for the department
Serve as Manager on Duty as needed
Qualifications
3+ years progressive Front Office leadership experience
Prior experience as Front Office Manager or Assistant Front Office Manager preferred
Experience within Marriott or lifestyle hotel brands strongly preferred
Strong knowledge of PMS systems (Marriott systems a plus)
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
